Warranty Registration

By registering your new appliance with Clock, we will extend the standard 12-month warranty on your stove body so that it will be covered for 7 years*.

Put your feet up and enjoy your new stove with added peace of mind.

Simply fill in the form below to ensure that you receive the full benefits of your warranty.

IMPORTANT: you must register your stove within 60 days of installation to qualify for the 7-year extended warranty.

*Our 7-year extended warranty only applies to stoves purchased through our approved dealer network and installed by a registered HETAS or OFTEC installer.

If you are planning a self-install, then you must provide a copy of your Building Control Certificate sign off sheet when registering your stove in order to qualify.

Any Clock stove purchased via a third party, such as an unauthorised dealer or online, will carry a statutory 12-month warranty and call out charges will apply.

Each stove has a unique reference number which can be found on the back of the stove (or underneath if you have purchased the double sided stove). This number is essential when registering your Stove with us and must be kept in a safe place once your appliance is commissioned.

Step 3 – Feedback

We would love to hear your experiences on buying a Clock product. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, and as we are a small, independent company, your opinion really matters to us.
